Bristol Food Connections 2014

11 days of foodie fun and frolics comes to Bristol…

From 1-11 May, Bristol will be hosting one of the biggest food events of the year. Celebrating Bristol’s thriving independent food scene, Bristol Food Connections will see over 100 events taking place at various locations across the city, with some of the most inspirational food organisations and individuals taking part, including The Sustainable Food Trust, Jay Raynor and Tom Kerridge.

With food taking centre stage, the event aims to bring communities together through the sharing of good food, while bringing into focus the importance of ethical sourcing and sustainability.

Whether you’re into cooking, want to learn about food, or just looking for something delicious to eat, this eleven day event will keep you entertained. From conferences, foraging walks and cooking demonstrations, to food markets, workshops and pop-up restaurants, there really is something for everyone on offer.

This is just an example of some of the fantastic goings-on, so make sure you visit the website for full listings and further information.
